Quality Management System
A joint certification audit was held at Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant from August 23 till August 27, 2004 by two certifying bodies: ACERT Bureau Russia and AFAQ-ASCERT International Gmbh (Germany, IQNet member) , accredited in the German-based accreditation body DAR/TGA. In the course of the certification audit all the departments of the enterprise were examined (production, sales, maintenance/supply, financial and engineering departments). The top management of the plant, as well as the entire personnel, demonstrated compliance of the enterprise quality management system with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 international standards. ASCERT Bureau, AFAQ-ASCERT and International IQNet certificates were issued based on the result of the audit.

Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant is the first enterprise in the Republic of Tatarstan to obtain the certificates of ACERT Bureau and AFAQ ASCERT International.

The principal goal of Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant is to reach the production level that would provide for stable and high-quality production of goods meeting all the customers requirements. Our enterprise shall manufacture products that are needed at the particular moment, and manufacture them in the way the current market situation requires.

In order to achieve our quality-related goals and objectives, we
— ensure high feedstock quality due to partnership and active cooperation with our suppliers,
— perfect our labor appraisal system, encouraging high-quality work and initiative in quality improvement,
— steadily raise and enhance efficiency of the quality management system, in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001:2001. We make quality a controlled parameter, which is our principal course,
— raise the preproduction standard, as well as paperwork development and arrangement standards, and ameliorate production workflows,
— take public needs and environmental protection requirements into account,
— develop new outlet segments, with high-quality production enabling us to secure our position on the market and ensuring stable operation and production growth.
